In 2018 Kantan Living took a break from its online store and decided to focus on attending events around UK and Europe. Customers love coming back to us because we always brought a great level of customer service and interesting and new products for them to see and purchase. Our team wanted to focus more on Japanese/Asian confectionery, because events started to get a bit boring with just merchandise for sale. So we wanted to give our customers a bigger variety and a more enjoyable experience.
Even right before covid and right after lockdown, Kantan Living powered through. We were very fortunate to have made some right choices, which allowed us to continue trading. Since lockdown eased in the UK and gatherings and events were allowed to operate again, it meant that Kantan Living could start attending shows once more.
Fast forward to 2022, we've had an amazing year with customers still very much supportive of us and whats more heart warming is hearing customers talk about how they remember us.
One question is constantly get from customers were do you have a website? do you have a shop?...
So towards the end of 2022, Kantan Living decided to re-open its online store once again to serve our customers who can buy our unique, special and trendy products.
